    I know where he is and please need some help regards who in south africa I can call/contact to have him arrested?
    He's now trying to take money from a sick friend of mine.

    Please someone come back to me with a lead of some kind so that the south african authorities can act or how to reach Philip Mitchel.?

      He is now residing at 31 dunville road bluff. Need to go personally to the spas commercial branch and the representative of Interpol
