    He is in SA now and looking to buy property. He is very talkative and speaks about all the properties he own world wide. Where can I see a picture of him.

    I know where he is in SA. Who do I call and what charges are there against him (if any)?
    There would need to be a case number and a formal charge sheet for SA Police Service to act.
    If anyone has these details pls let me know and I will contact the relevant authorities regards same.
